Cookie & Tracking Policy
Last Updated: 10/25/2026
This Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy explains how Tag Team Nation, LLC (“Tag Team Nation,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies, pixels, tags, server-side events and similar technologies on tagteamnation.com and shop.tagteamnation.com (the “Site”), and the choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Notice at Collection (California)
When you visit the Site, we and our partners collect identifiers (such as IP address, cookie and device IDs), internet and network activity (pages viewed, clicks, referring URLs, purchase events) and approximate location derived from IP. We use this information to operate the Site and store, measure performance, and show and measure advertising. Some of this activity may be considered “selling” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. You can opt out at any time using Your Privacy Choices. We keep this information only as long as needed for these purposes (generally no longer than 26 months for analytics and advertising data), unless a longer period is required by law.
What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser. Pixels (tags) are small pieces of code that send information about your visit to a provider. Server-side events (such as the Meta Conversions API) send similar event information directly from our store platform to a provider. We refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.
Categories of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site and checkout to work (for example, cart, security, fraud prevention and consent preferences). Provider: Shopify Inc. These cannot be turned off.
- Preferences — remember choices such as region and settings.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Providers: Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics (Google LLC), HubSpot, Inc.
- Marketing & advertising — measure and deliver ads, build audiences and attribute purchases. Providers listed below.
Third-Party Pixels and Partners on This Site
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook & Instagram) — Meta Pixel and Conversions API (server-side events) for ad measurement, audiences and retargeting.
- Google LLC (Google Ads, Google Analytics & YouTube) — analytics, conversion tracking, remarketing and ad measurement.
- Pinterest, Inc. — Pinterest Tag for ad measurement and audiences.
- HubSpot, Inc. — website analytics, forms and marketing automation.
- Judge.me — product reviews and review requests.
- Printful, Inc. — print-on-demand order fulfillment and related events.
- Shopify Inc. — store hosting, checkout, analytics and consent management.
These providers may combine information collected on our Site with information they collect elsewhere and use it under their own privacy policies. We may add or remove providers over time and will update this page.
Your Choices and How to Opt Out
- Cookie banner and preferences: Use the cookie banner or the “Cookie Preferences” option in our footer disclosures to accept or decline non-essential cookies.
- Do Not Sell or Share (California and other states): Visit Your Privacy Choices to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and targeted advertising.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser, as required by California law and other applicable state laws.
- Browser settings: You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break the Site or checkout.
- Provider tools: Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com), Google Analytics Opt-out (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), Meta Ad Preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences), Pinterest personalization settings, and industry opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
Opting out of targeted advertising does not mean you will stop seeing ads; ads may simply be less relevant. Opt-outs are browser- and device-specific, so you may need to repeat them on each browser or device.
Do Not Track (California Online Privacy Protection Act)
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above. Third parties described in this policy may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site.
Visitors in the EU, UK and Other Regions
Where required by law, non-essential cookies are set only after you give consent through our cookie banner, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know are under 16.
No Mortgage or Lending Services
Tag Team Nation, LLC is a marketing and technology company. We are not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker or loan originator, and information collected through cookies on this Site is not used to make credit decisions.
